Mrs. Aho | FACS/Health

Mrs. Valerie Aho
Welcome to Family and Consumer Science and Health. My name is Valerie Aho and I am in my 19th year as FACS/Health teacher and FCCLA Advisor at MLS. I am a Park River High School and NDSU graduate. My husband, Bradley, and I owned and operated Aho Dairy for 25 years near Antler, ND. Together, we built Aho Farms, raising grain and Simmental Beef cattle. My two sons continue the farming and beef cattle operation today.
We have four adult children: Kevin, Jolene Tollefson, Derek and Kalinda Bliss. We have 8 precious grandchildren : Kash, Brenna, Sierra, Londyn, Phoenix, Jayden, Cooper, and Klancy who are grandma's pride and joy.
My favorite things to do are being outside on my farm, sewing, spending time with my family and dog, Emie, and sharing my FACS skills with students.
Anyone who knows me... knows I love everything red!!
