Mrs. Barbara Nelson-Schach

      Greetings to everyone and welcome to music class. My name is Barbara Nelson-Schach. I graduated from Sherwood High School and spent thirteen years in Germany.  During my time in Germany, I studied piano under two German musicians and collaborated with the local musical theatre for five years.  Later,  I received my BSE in Music and German education from Minot State University.  I have been teaching for eighteen years at Mohall Public School.

      I love to read books, especially German authors, being outdoors and spending time with family and pets.  Over the years, I have been a member of the Minot Chamber Chorale, and I play clarinet in the Minot City Band and the Minot Community Band.
