Title IX Coordinator and Sexual Harassment Reporting
Any person may report sexual harassment, whether or not the person reporting is the person alleged to be the victim of conduct. A report may be filed in person, by mail, by telephone or by email. A report may be filed at any time, including during non-business hours. A report should be filed as soon as possible after the alleged harassment. Delays in filing a report may cause difficulty in the investigation. Anonymous reports are permitted; however, the District’s ability to offer supportive measures to a complainant, or to consider whether to initiate a grievance process against the respondent, will be affected by whether the report of sexual harassment disclosed the identity of the complainant or respondent. Please call, email or file in person with the Title IX Coordinator or speak with any teacher or administrator.
